THE BOARD // DEPARTMENTS 01 TO 04

Meet the Board and the four teams behind RSIG's work.

The Board of Directors leads RSIG. Four departments carry out its work, each with a defined role, from hands-on skills training and supervised research to public awareness, communications and the RSIG brand.

FIG. 01 // BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board that leads RSIG.

Leads everything RSIG does. It sets the vision, turns the departments' ideas into real programmes and events, and holds every activity to policy, safety and ethical standards.

It also sets the annual calendar, leads the work with the faculty and with RSIG's partners, and oversees budgets and sponsorships.

The Student Advisors founded the group with the Board and advise it.

FIG. 02 // HOW THEY WORK TOGETHER

One Board, four departments, one calendar.

The Board of Directors leads all five teams. The four departments work from one annual calendar of workshops, talks and events, and the Board sets it.

The General Secretary coordinates scheduling across the Board and all four departments, and keeps the official records.

Each department is led by two student heads, named in its row of the plate below; open seats are being filled now.
